I recently purchased a house with the help of Ms. Jenny Delich. I contacted her upon recommendation from the mortgage company I had chosen to use and it was a recommendation I am pleased I acted upon. I found her to be courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. In addition to those qualities, her suggestions and recommendations were extremely helpful to me during the entire process.
I had a list of several houses that I had found upon my own and she provided me with a link to a website she, and other realtors use, and tailored it to meet the specific parameters I had set for property that I may be interested in purchasing. After making my selections, of which there were many, she also arranged for me to view the properties which at times numbered 3-5 per day.
When I had made my decision she was there to offer her perspective, suggestions and recommendations as to what my offer should or should not include. As a result of following her expertise she was able to save several thousands of dollars during the purchase of the property, as well as secure other items that were beneficial to me.
More than once during this process there were last minute things that were required. When those events arose she took the lead in rectifying the situation and obtaining whatsoever it was that I was being asked to provide. In doing so she made the process much more tolerable.
I have no plans to buy or sell any property any time in the foreseeable future but should that change, Ms. Delich will be the first person I contact.
